On March 6th, the Philofluid Research Group at Politecnico di Torino, coordinated by Prof. Tordella, hosted distinguished speakers from INRIM (Istituto Nazionale di Ricerca Metrologica) for a seminar titled “Single and Multi-Bubble Sonochemistry and Sonoluminescence.”
The seminar was presented by Dr. Daniele Madonna Ripa (Applied Metrology and Engineering Sector) and Dr. Adriano Troia (Innovative Materials and Life Sciences Sector) of the National Institute of Metrological Research (INRIM). Discussions focused on sonochemistry, multibubble sonoluminescence, and the effects of acoustic field frequency, highlighting key research findings in these areas.
